Questions
It depends on how many panes you have, whether we're doing inside and out, and how high they sit. We quote a flat rate for the whole job before we start, so there are no hourly surprises. Send a rough window count or a couple of photos and we can usually price it the same day.
Yes — that's most of our rental work. Give us your standard check-out and check-in times and we'll build the turnover around them. For back-to-back bookings we recommend locking in a recurring slot so your dates are always covered.
No. Plenty of our clients leave a lockbox code or a key. For exterior-only window work we just need access to the yard and an outside spigot. We'll send photos when we're finished either way.
We reach most upper windows from the ground with a water-fed pole, which is safer for us and gentler on your siding and landscaping. Where a pole won't work, we use ladders with standoffs so nothing rests against the house.
Twice a year suits most homes here — once after spring pollen and once before the holidays. Rentals and homes near a dirt road, farm or the lake usually look best on a quarterly schedule.
Always. We arrive with our own equipment, cloths and cleaning solution, and we're happy to use products you've specified for your rental instead.
